Yuliana Pairetti

Yuliana Pairetti obtained her degree in Chemical Engineering (2022) at the Nacional Technological University (UTN) of Villa María (Córdoba, Argentina). During her thesis, she studied the production process of acetylated starch and its application in the food industry as the main line. The work was carried out under the direction of Mg.Ing. Ruben Baccifava (UTN) and Ing. Luciano Cesarini.  (UTN).
