Marta Mestre Membrado
Marta Mestre earned her BSc degree in Chemistry from Universitat Jaume I (UJI) in November 2020. During her BSc, she studied for nine months abroad at Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland, as a member of the ERASMUS+ program. In 2022, she obtained an MSc degree in Chemistry and Polymer from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) with a polymer specialty. Her Master’s Thesis concerned the self-biodegradation of enzyme loaded nanofibres obtained by electrospinning, under the supervision of Dr. Ana Beloqui and Dr. Edurne González.
Marta Mestre is currently working on a PPh.D.reasarch project under the supervision of Dr. Haritz Sardon (Catalysis and Sustainable Polymers, POLYMAT) in collaboration with VITO, Belgium. Her research is focused on the recycling of polyamides.
