Leire Montes works in the Administration and Finance Department at POLYMAT, where she provides administrative and financial support for the institute’s research and technology transfer activities. She manages and monitors purchasing and payment processes, sales and collections, and the administrative aspects of research projects, working closely with researchers, industrial partners, suppliers, and funding agencies to ensure the efficient operation of the institute.
