POLYMAT-EHU welcomes a delegation from the University of Ljubljana in an Erasmus+ Staff Visit

On 24 September 2026, POLYMAT-EHU welcomed three representatives from the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, as part of an Erasmus+ Staff Visit.

The delegation included Prof. Franc Perdih, Full Professor of Inorganic and Bioinorganic Chemistry and Vice-Dean for Quality; Krištof Kranjc, Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry and Erasmus Coordinator; and Marko Krivec, Academic Researcher.

During the visit, María Paulis presented POLYMAT’s research structure, scientific activities and areas of expertise. The visitors then toured the centre’s laboratories and facilities.

The programme continued at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of the Basque Country (EHU), where the delegation had the opportunity to learn more about its teaching and research infrastructure.

The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen connections between both institutions and explore future academic and research collaborations within the Erasmus+ framework.
