Justine Elgoyhen is a polymer scientist whose research focuses on the design, synthesis, and characterization of functional polymer materials, with a particular interest in sustainable and bio-based systems. Her expertise includes polymer synthesis in aqueous dispersed media and the study of structure–property relationships in functional and advanced materials. She obtained her Master's degree in Chemistry and Materials Chemistry from Sorbonne Université (France) and her PhD in Chemistry from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU, Spain) as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network Fellow, where she conducted her doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Radmila Tomovska. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Polymerization Processes Group at POLYMAT, working on advanced polymer materials and their applications.
