The inaugural European Symposium for Early Career Researchers in Polymer Science (EECR26 Polymer Science) will take place in Toledo, Spain, from May 20–22, 2026.

EECR26 is a focused and dynamic meeting designed specifically for researchers who are 2–10 years post-PhD and building their scientific independence in polymer-based research. The symposium aims to create a supportive, Europe-wide platform where early career scientists can present their latest advances, exchange ideas, and strengthen their professional networks.

The scientific scope is broad and inclusive, welcoming contributions from across polymer science, including synthesis, soft matter, sustainability, biomedicine, modeling, and related areas.

The program will feature short, high-quality talks, open discussion sessions, and strong networking opportunities within a community of emerging leaders in the field.
