Polymat is proud to announce that the 2024 EMAKIKER Grants have been awarded to two outstanding female polymer scientists: Leire Sangroniz and Marta Ximenis. This prestigious grant supports promising female researchers at the postdoctoral level, providing them with the opportunity to develop their academic careers and achieve scientific independence.

The EMAKIKER Grant offers recipients a fully funded research position, including salary, project funds, and access to a mentoring network for up to five years. Grant holders are empowered to lead their own research projects, manage a team, and strengthen their academic profile in preparation for future professorship roles at Polymat.
