Last week, Polymat researchers Aitor Barquero, Clara García Astrain, and Ana María Muñoz took part in Donostia Innovation Week (#WeekINN), an event organized by Fomento San Sebastián to foster innovation and creativity in the local community.

As part of the event, our researchers visited schools across Donostia-San Sebastián to share their passion for science. Through engaging workshops, they introduced students to some of the most pressing challenges related to plastics in society. From the environmental impact of plastic waste to innovative solutions being developed at Polymat, students gained a hands-on perspective on how science can drive sustainable change.
