Oihan Lamarins

I obtained my BSc in Physics-Chemistry at the University of Pau in Anglet in 2022, I carried out a Master degree specialized in Bio-Inspired Materials also at the University of Pau with my Master Thesis focused on the development of sustainable silicone vitrimers materials by transesterification at Montpellier Institut Charles Gerhardt (ICGM) in 2024 I am currently doing my PhD , supervised by Dr. Shaghayegh Hamzehlou and Pr. Nicholas Ballard. The overall aim of my project is to understand concepts from macromolecular reaction engineering to develop new chemistry and open acess modeling tools for chemical recycling and degradation for new poly(meth)acrylates. With the use of kinetic Monte Carlo simulation and other simulation software, I am modeling complex reaction systems.
