Isabel del Barrio Gómez

Isabel del Barrio obtained her degree in Chemistry at Complutense University of Madrid in 2020.  She spent the last year in Jagielloński University of Krakow. In 2021, she completed her MSc in Organic Chemistry at Complutense University of Madrid. She carried out her master’s thesis in the field of cationic lipids under the supervision of Prof. José Osío.  Then she moved to Eurofins Villapharma Research, where she worked as a research associate developing potentially bioactive molecular libraries. Isabel del Barrio is pursuing her Ph.D. in Chemistry in POLYMAT under the supervision of Prof. Aurelio Mateo Alonso. The project is focused on the development of Graphene Nanoribbons and new Covalent Organic Frameworks.
