Tijs Tobias Lap Successfully Defends His PhD Thesis at POLYMAT

On January 30th, Tijs Tobias Lap defended his PhD thesis, «Synthesis of Naturally Inspired Redox Polymers for Next-Generation Batteries», at the Faculty of Chemistry Assembly Hall.
Supervised by Prof. David Mecerreyes and Dr. Daniele Mantione, his work explores the potential of redox-active polymers inspired by natural systems for advanced battery technologies. This research contributes to the development of more sustainable and efficient energy storage solutions, addressing key challenges in next-generation batteries.
