Marine Lechartier graduated in 2017 from the Engineering School of Chemistry & Physics of Bordeaux, France (ENSCBP) , with a specialization in Materials and Composites.

In 2016, she made a 6 month-placement under the supervision of Dr. Yuki Katoh in Toyota Motor Europe research center. She synthetized and characterized inorganic solid electrolytes for Li ion batteries. She also had the opportunity to study formulation & processing of polyphatalamides designed for automotive and electronics applications, thanks to a 5 month-internship within Arkema K.K, Japan.

In 2017, she realized her master degree's thesis at the ICMCB institute  (University of Bordeaux), under the supervision of Pr. Jean-Marc Heintz. Her work focused on composite materials and their improvement by post extrusion. This project led to a new scientific colloboration between the University of Bordeaux and the University of Waterloo (Canada).

Marine Lechartier is currently studying as a PhD student under the guidance of Pr. David Mecerreyes at the Universidad del País Vasco (Polymat) and Toyota Motor Europe research center.

She is working on new single ion polymer electrolytes for Li ion batteries.
